Act 54 requires Michigan inspectors, plan reviewers and building officials to obtain continuing education credit hours to keep their license registrations active.

Inspection Services is offering you the opportunity to obtain these credits by taking our classes over the internet – at you convenience and in the comfort of your home or office. All classes have been approved for credit by the STATE OF MICHIGAN.

Classes are offered in each of the four required categories: ADMINISTRATION, TECHNICAL, SPECIALTY, COMMUNICATIONS AND PLAN REVIEW. Classes are offered in these categories for your different license registrations i.e. building inspector, mechanical inspector, plumbing inspector, building official and plans reviewer.

Currently 45 different classes available. More classes will be added on a regular basis. The cost of each class is $10 per credit hour (I.E. A class which offers two hours of credit would cost $20).
